At Vanesa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty experience. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase provided it remains in its original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Vanesa account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Secure the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original box or a sturdy mailing container, ensuring all safety seals and promotional inserts are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package over any previous shipping information.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
